It suits up to 4 guests and offers a living room with a comfortable sofa bed for two, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a 160/200 bed, a bathroom with toilet and wireless internet; a travel cot is provided on request. Heating is via electric convector heaters. The complex offers a spa centre, children's playgrounds, a barbecue area and a restaurant serving Rhodope cuisine, and horse riding, mountain biking and fishing can be arranged in the area; the Nevyastata eco-trail and the Three Smolyan Lakes eco-trail both begin nearby. Check-in is between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM, check-out between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM, with keys provided via a key safe. The apartment is not rented for fewer than 2 nights, and a 50% deposit is required at booking — the reservation is confirmed once the transfer is received. If more than two adults stay, the price increases by €8 per person, and children up to age 12 stay free. Listed prices do not apply on public holidays. Pets are not allowed. Prices vary by season and length of stay and include 9% VAT.

Апартаментът е уютен, оборудван с всичко необходимо и с прекрасна гледка към боровата гора. Да пиеш кафе на терасата с тази гледка е безценно. Домакинята Радостина е изключително мила жена, апартаментът блестеше от чистота, а районът е страхотен за почивка и разходка със семейството.
